ICANN accidentally posts personal info online

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers probably won’t be winning any prizes for security any time soon.

Last week it accidentally posted the home addresses of its newest top-level domain- name applicants, Government Computer Week reports.



Makaseh users are never anonymous; but they cannot be identified by strangers.  Only accepted contact would be able to identify and know the user.  The user id will maintain its privacy for the rest.
